The breakfast was warm and delicious. We enjoyed pleasant views from the location. The peaceful location is conveniently located next to shops and Papas Fish restaurant. There are many local tourist areas and a pub nearby. The unit is brand new and has a contemporary decor. The staff, including housekeepers, were outstandingly helpful.

We had a great time here, the staff were attentive, the location was peaceful and close to many local attractions, making our first night stay very enjoyable.

We had a spacious room with tea and coffee facilities and a television. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel had good Wi-Fi, and it was conveniently located near a fuel station and a retail park with shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the nearby cinema and easy access to Hull and Beverly.

During our stay, my wife's purse was unfortunately stolen while we were in the restaurant queue. However, the staff and manager were very helpful in trying to locate it.

The location of this place is peaceful as it is situated near a dual carriageway and roundabout, making it convenient to access. This venue accommodated my needs by providing a twin/double room during my second stay.

The location was fab and decent, to three super markets for anything you need and the interior design was modern. I was offered a healthy and light breakfast with toast, cereal, excellent croissants.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very busy.
